Food-as-Medicine
As a holistic nutritionist, I’ve seen first-hand the profound benefits of a whole-food and nutrient-dense diet.
Eating in a way that’s similar to how our ancestors used to eat helps bring our body into more balance, ease + peace. But perfection is never the goal here. We always start with doable changes, focusing on adding in beneficial foods, rather than just focusing on taking foods out.
Functional Testing + Muscle Testing
I run mental wellness panels, functional bloodwork and hair tissue testing to identify your unique needs- rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. This gives us laser-focused precision in addressing your health.
Muscle-testing is a way of energetically reading the body’s organ system status + identifying stressors in the system, as well as correctly dosing supplements.
Nervous-System-Centered
Nervous system dysregulation can negatively impact our biology, affecting our moods, digestion and daily energy. It keeps us in the survival responses (ie. anxiety, stress, low energy and moods) rather than in our rest-and-digest healing response.
Using proven somatic practices, I help you access the healing power of your own nervous system so you can feel more safe, alive and regulated daily!
Herbal + Nutrient Therapy
Nutrient therapy, mineral balancing, herbs and flower essences are all commonly used in my practice to help bring you back into a state of balance.
Using your test results and muscle-testing, we’ll create a completely customized plan to restore deficiencies, optimize digestive function, and boost your energy and mood.
