Hello you magical creature! I’m Annika, a Holistic Wellness Practitioner + Somatic Coach helping women resolve anxiety + depression NATURALLY.
I used to be where you are now. Chronic stress and digestive issues, hormone imbalances, anxiety and nightly panic attacks were my norm. I researched natural approaches to healing my moods, but I felt pretty overwhelmed with the amount of information out there. All I really wanted was to feel better, and I was positive that my body could recover if I had the right pieces to my health puzzle.
Thanks to nature’s medicines + somatic healing, I’ve been able to find answers and heal my body the way I always wanted to- naturally. Now my mission is to empower others to find mood + digestive balance with the gentle wisdom of nature- so that they can live their dreamiest lives too (but without needing to go back to school, spending years on research and all of the trial and errors that I went through!)
